Prior to leading NEJAVI James was Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships at Synchronoss Technologies, accountable for developing and expanding the company’s IoT Channel.

Vince Broyles
Co-Founder and CTO
Vincent Broyles has held leadership roles in AI, blockchain, analytics, IoT, networking and information technology, and product engineering.
Vince has a breadth of knowledge that is well suited to the many flavours of the IoT and Smart Buildings technology stack. He is a proud veteran of the United States Navy and a lifelong Southern Californian.
Neil O'Sullivan

Neil O’Sullivan is Chief Digital Officer at NEJAVI, an experienced senior leader with a demonstrated history of working in the IoT and integrated technology services industry.
Neil has held Senior leadership roles at various technology businesses ranging from start-ups to multinational tech companies. Passionate about building and growing strong relationships and executing strong commercial models.
Matthew Smith Managing Director APAC
Matt Smith Managing Director APAC and partner of Nejavi is a relationship, new business and networking expert specialising in property and property technology life cycles.
Matt brings 20 years experience to the prop-tech field, with his successful startup Giant Tech Australia and background in Commercial Construction projects and industrial operations management.
